We are excited to share that the Gartner Peer Insights Customer First Program is now available to all markets, including "Others" markets!

All Customer First Technology Providers are designated with the Customer First badge on the live Gartner Peer Insights Website and get access to Readership Analytics.

If you are interested in join the Customer First Program, please ensure that you:

1. Host a widget on your external website → please see the guidelines in the Terms and Conditions for all widget requirements
2. Actively engage with Gartner Peer Insights → you must have attended an onboarding session and have at least 10 published reviews within 90 days of applying to the Program
3. Submit an Agreement Form → this form shows proof of widget and participation details to get a badge

As previewed in our January 11, 2023 Vendor webinar, Gartner is making an update to the Gartner Peer Insights site.

Effective February 16, 2023, Gartner Peer Community and Gartner Peer Insights ratings and reviews will each have separate and distinct home pages and user experiences.

As announced in our January 2023 Vendor Webinar, we’re very pleased to share that we’ll be launching a complimentary Review Collection by Gartner Peer Insights service for all vendors in February 2023.

How will this work? You'll submit your customer list (name and email), and Peer Insights will email your customers asking for a review on Peer Insights on your behalf.

Stay tuned as we will share additional program details when we launch the program in February 2023!

As announced in our January 2023 Vendor Webinar, the Gartner Peer Insights site will have a new experience starting in Q2 2023.

Reviews + Rating and Community will become two separate site experiences with distinct entry-points for end users.

Quick Overview:

Gartner Peer Insights Reviews & Ratings will have an updated site experience starting Q2 2023 with a new homepage optimized for reviews and ratings.

Community will also have a new domain, and will host features such as polls, discussions, etc.
